I made a purchase, how many days can I make the payment?
All orders have a deadline of 1 business days to be paid, after that time the order is automatically canceled, being possible to reopen it only if there is stock available.
How do I pay my order?
International orders only by Paypal.
How are orders shipped?
We ship nationally and internationally, all parts are properly packaged to support transport. National shipments are made exclusively via sedex. International Shipping via Fedex.
When will I receive my order?
This period is explained in the description of each piece, and can vary from 15 to 25 business days after confirmation of payment, since some pieces are produced after prior sale.
My piece arrived broken, what should I do?
If your piece arrived damaged, or broken, you must send a photo containing the piece and the box in which it was sent, we will assess the damage and if possible we will make the replacement. Otherwise, we will make the full return of the amounts paid by returning the piece that must be posted to the address we will indicate by email.
I was dissatisfied with the piece I received, what should I do?
You must contact us to evaluate a replacement, if it is not possible we will return the values by returning the piece within the period determined below.
Deadline for complaints and returns

After this period, it will not be possible to return values or replace damaged parts.
The withdrawal from the purchase must respect the aforementioned deadline.
The return of values for withdrawal of purchase will be subject to evaluation and can be done within 7 business days. If the part has already been dispatched, this period starts counting from the return of it to the address we will indicate by email and the presentation of the tracking number by the customer.
